INTRODUCTION

7. You must accept these terms and conditions to participate in Our draws whether entering by paying or via the free entry route.

8. We run prize draws to win prizes as shown on the Website.

9. Our draws are not affiliated with Facebook or any other brand or social media platform unless expressly stated.

WHO CAN ENTER

10. Draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over, except for employees of the Promoter, their family members or anyone who is connected with the running or operation of the draws.

11. You must be physically located in the UK when you enter Our draws.

12. We may be required to provide documentation to verify Your age and/or identity when you participate in Our draws.

13. Automated identity verification systems may also be used by Us to verify Your identity.

14. Only one account per household is permitted to register with Us.

PRIZES

15. Our draws may have both a main prize (“Main Prize”) and instant win prizes (“Instant Win Prize”) (together “Prizes”).

16. Prizes will be as shown on the specific draw page of Our Website.

17. Some draws will also offer Instant Win Prizes which will be shown on the specific draw page of Our Website.

18. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash, unless specified.

19. If a Prize becomes unavailable, We may offer a substitute of equal or greater value.

20. Prize winners are responsible for any taxes, duty, fees, or other costs related to claiming and acceptance of Prizes.

21. We do not imply or give any warranty in relation to a Prize or warrant the value or condition of a Prize.

HOW TO ENTER OUR DRAWS

22. There are two ways of entering Our draws – by the paid route of for free.

23. Whichever route You choose, You must register for an account on our Website before you can enter.

TO ENTER A DRAW BY THE PAID ENTRY ROUTE:

  1. Browse Our Website and choose a Prize You would like to win.
  2. You will see the price of each ticket on the draw page in UK pounds sterling (£).
  3. You can then choose how many tickets You would like to purchase in the draw.
  4. You must then answer a question posed on the draw page and You will be taken to the payments page.
  5. If You do not have an account already, You must register for an account with Us.
  6. Once You have completed the account registration process, You can proceed to make payment.
  7. We have a wide range of payment options as shown on the Website.
  8. Once You have completed Your entry, you will receive an e-mail to the registered e-mail address on Your account, which confirms Your number(s) in the draw that have been allocated to You.
  9. Wait for the draw to take place, which can be viewed on our Website, to see if You are a Winner.

25. If the draw includes any instant win prizes, You will be notified if You have won on completing your purchase.

26. Any ticket purchase limits will be stated on the draw page.

27. All payments MUST originate from an account held in the name of the draw entrant only.

28. If You fail to purchase Your entry on time, or it is incomplete, or Your payment does not clear, or is reversed or charged-back, You will not be entered into the draw.

29. Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances and at Our sole discretion, following a full review of Your use of the website and the information You were presented with when entering.

30. TO ENTER A DRAW FOR FREE BY POST:

  1. Send Us a letter or postcard by first-class or second-class pre-paid addressed post to: GG 365 Ltd, The Works, Manvers Street, Mansfield NG18 1TJ.
  2. You must include on Your entry the following information:

31. You must register for an account with Us on the Website before You can enter a draw by post. This is so that Your postal entry can be allocated to Your account.

32. You can enter each draw by post as many times as you like, but each entry must be on a separate postage-paid letter or postcard.

33. Automatically generated entries will not be entered and will be deemed invalid.

34. Bulk entries will not be accepted.

35. Entries on behalf of somebody other than the named entrant will not be accepted.

36. You must not under any circumstances open an account or submit postal entries on behalf of anyone else. If You are deemed to have entered or opened an account on someone else’s behalf, all accounts associated with You and the other person will be closed and you will be permanently barred from entering Our draws.

37. In order to be entered into a draw, Your postal entry must arrive at the address above by the draw closing date, which will be no less than 3 working days from the date on which tickets went on sale.

38. When entering a draw for free by post, Your chances of winning a Prize or an Instant Win Prize will be the same as a person who enters the draw by paying.

DRAW OPENING AND CLOSING DATES

39. Draw opening and closing dates will be as shown on the specific draw entry page.

40. For some draws, the draw will close once a specified number of tickets have been sold.

41. Our draws will not close until 3 working days have passed since tickets went on sale. This is to allow postal entrants sufficient time to enter Our draws.

42. A draw closing date will only be extended in exceptional circumstances (“exceptional” does not include where we do not sell enough tickets).

CANCELLATION

43. We reserve the right to cancel a draw at any time before or after tickets have been sold. If a draw is cancelled, We will notify You via e-mail and will return any payment that You have made, by the same payment method as it was made. Once a payment has been refunded, We will have no further liability to You or any other person.

DRAW MECHANICS

44. Our draws are verifiably random using Google random number generator or other verifiably random process.

45. Draws will take place on or shortly after the closing date and will be streamed live on Our Website.

46. All entrants, whether paid or postal, will have an equal chance of winning Prize(s) in Our draw.

47. The Winner will be announced at the time of the draw.

48. Our decision is final in relation to the selection of a Winner and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the selection process.

NOTIFYING WINNERS

49. A Winner of a Main Prize will be notified by e-mail and by telephone, using the contact details in their account, within 3 working days of the draw taking place.

50. It is Your responsibility to ensure that Your contact details are kept up to date in Your account in case You win a Prize.

51. If We cannot contact You within 28 days of the draw, You will lose the Prize and the draw will be re-run to find a new Winner. In this situation You will have no claim against Us.

52. Any Winner whose transaction has been cancelled, reversed or is subject to a chargeback will not be permitted to claim a Prize.

DELIVERY OF PRIZES

53. Prizes (where applicable) will be delivered to the winner (“Winner”) anywhere in the UK at Our expense and risk. Prizes may also be collected from Our choice of location by arrangement.

54. We may ask You to provide proof of Your identity or age before distributing a Prize.

55. In the event that You cannot produce evidence to satisfy Us about your age or identity, You will not be permitted to claim any Prize.

56. Prizes will not be awarded to any person aged under 18.

PUBLICITY

57. We may ask You to agree to allow Us to use Your name, city, and photograph for publicity in connection with Our draws. This may include social media and website announcements.

58. You are not obliged to agree to publicity in order to claim a Prize.

PERSONAL DATA

59. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

60. You acknowledge that We may disclose Your personal information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.

HARASSMENT/ABUSE

61. Harassment, abuse or threat whether implied or actual, corporate or personal will not be tolerated in any way shape or form. This will result in an instant and permanent ban and Your account being closed and Your entries being cancelled at Our sole discretion.

62. We reserve the right to close the account of any individual (whether a paid or postal entrant) who is abusive to Our staff or Us or who posts misleading, defamatory or damaging information about Us or Our Website on social media, by e-mail, post or via the wider internet.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

63. We are not responsible for technical failures, delays, or malfunctions affecting the submission of entries, selecting Winners, or Prize delivery or use or misuse of a Prize.

64. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We assume no liability for loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in our draws or acceptance or use of any Prize.

RESPONSIBLE PLAY

65. Please remember that our draws are not lotteries under the Gambling Act 2005, as there is no requirement to pay to participate.  Our draws are not regulated by the Gambling Commission.

66. It is Your responsibility to ensure that Your participation in Our draws does not become excessive.

67. Where we have concerns about Your participation in Our draws, We may take action to prevent You from participating in Our draws. We may close Your account in this situation and You will not be permitted to enter any of Our draws in future, whether by paying or by post.

68. If you feel you have a problem with excessive play, You may ask us to close Your account, which will be actioned within 24 hours. You can request account closure via this e-mail address: [email protected]

69. Once Your account has been closed, You must not attempt to re-register for an account with Us.

75. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

76. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or Our draws will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
