You must be at least 18 years old, and a UK resident.  We cannot currently accept entries from outside the UK.  Any entries recieved from outside the UK will be invalid.

We will email you on the details you provided to us to organise getting your prize to you. Normally we will post your prize out to you within 2 business days of the competitions end. You are also welcome to visit our premises to collect the prize and meet the team.

If for whatever reason you do not receive your email confirming you have won and requesting you to confirm your delivery details within 24 business hours, please let us know. If we haven’t heard back from you after 2 days of sending your confirmation email, we will attempt to call you on the phone number on your account so you do not need to worry about missing our first contact.

You do not need to claim your prize directly. We will contact you to let you know you have won and to guide you through the next steps in order to receive your prize.

We use Googles number generator to pick a number between 1 and the total amount of entries for that competition. We then check the random number against the list of entries who answered the skill based competition question correctly. If the random number matches a ticket with a correct answer then the matching ticket is the winner.

If the randomly generated number doesn’t match a ticket number with a correctly answered question, another number is generated until the above criteria is met and a winning ticket is found.

The winner of the competition will be listed on our results page linked HERE.  If you are the winner of a competition we will contact you after the competition ends.  We will also post the winners on our social media profiles.
